As a sales specialist, you will drive the growth of solar sales in Hyderabad by identifying new business opportunities and engaging with clients to deliver comprehensive solutions. Effective communication and customer relationship skills are essential for this role.

Solar Sales Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and manage the entire sales cycle for various solar projects, including rooftop, ground-mounted, and industrial installations.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through the acquisition of new clients and repeat business.
  • Conduct site visits and feasibility assessments, as well as initial techno-commercial discussions with clients to understand their requirements.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations to customers, highlighting the benefits of our solar solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, industrial customers, and channel partners to ensure long-term success.
  • Stay updated with the latest solar policies, subsidies, DISCOM guidelines, and financing options available in India.
  • Collaborate with our technical and EPC teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine our sales strategies and improve overall performance.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in the renewable energy or infrastructure sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field (Engineering, Commerce, Management, or equivalent).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients.
  • Ability to comprehend basic technical details of solar systems, with training provided if necessary.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a field sales environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Willingsness to travel within Telangana and neighboring states for client meetings.
