About the Job
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven business development executive to join our B2B SaaS team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, conducting product demos, and closing sales deals to drive revenue growth for our SaaS products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Strong communication skills: Effective communication during product demos, outreach, and relationship building. Articulate verbal communication, persuasive writing skills for emails, and the ability to tailor communication to different audiences.
Outreach: Initiating contact with prospects through various channels such as email, phone calls, or social media. The goal is to engage them in a conversation and generate interest in the product or service.
Qualification: Assessing the needs and requirements of prospects to determine if they are a good fit for the SaaS solution. This involves asking qualifying questions and understanding their pain points and challenges.
Product Demonstrations: Conducting live or virtual product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of the product. The salesperson may need to tailor the demo to address the specific needs and interests of the prospect.
Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining relationships with prospects by providing them with relevant information, answering their questions, and addressing their concerns. The salesperson acts as a trusted advisor, guiding prospects through the buying process.
Develop proposals and negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements to close deals.
Who can apply:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
1+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in global markets
Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles, customer acquisition strategies, and account management
Experience conducting product demos and presentations for B2B customers
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Experience with working with clients in Middle East and APAC is a plus
Salary
Industry - B2B SMB
Probation Duration: 3 months
Fully Remote Role
CTC : 6 - 8 LPA (fixed) + strong monthly and quarterly variables/commissions
