Role Overview — BDS Customer Success AgentAs a Customer Success Agent, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our dental clients and professionals. Your role is to ensure a seamless customer journey, provide timely support, and help maximize customer satisfaction and retention. Your clinical background will enable you to bridge the gap between product understanding and real-time customer needs.Key Responsibilities- Resolve customer queries related to dental products and services using clinical knowledge.- Act as a liaison between dentists/customers and the internal product teams.- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer usage and needs.- Conduct regular follow-ups to maintain high customer satisfaction and engagement.- Create and maintain documentation for customer support cases.- Review, update, and develop training materials, clinical guides, and SOPs.-Skills & Requirements- BDS or dental background preferred for strong product understanding.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- High level of empathy and a strong customer-first mindset.- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) is an added advantage.- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
