We're seeking a talented and experienced Lead QA Engineer to join our team and help us create, improve and protect the quality of our software.Role Description:We're looking for a highly skilled and proactive Lead Quality Assurance Engineer to create and drive our testing and quality processes, build a culture of quality, and lead our QA team to ensure the smooth and reliable operation of our software products.Key Responsibilities:Create frameworks from the stretch.Develop and implement QA plans, testing scripts, and testing methodologies to ensure adherence to quality standards.Collaborate closely with software developers to identify, reproduce, and document bugs and defects.Define and track quality assurance metrics such as defects, defect counts, test results, and test status.Conduct root cause analysis of defects and implement continuous improvement processes.Manage all aspects of QA including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met.Act as a key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally.Qualifications:Minimum 4+ years of experience in a quality assurance role, including manual and automationProven experience in QA methodology and tools, with a track record in implementing QA standards, tools, metrics, and practices.Excellent understanding of development and project methodologies, particularly Agile and DevOps.Solid knowledge of Java, selenium, SQL, and scripting.Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and strong leadership abilities.Understanding and experience test AI models is a plus.What we offer:Competitive salary package.Flexible work schedule with remote work.Opportunity to work with founders and clients.An inclusive, flexible, and respectful work environment.If you are passionate about software quality and keen to drive innovation, please apply today
