Quality Assurance Engineer/ Sr Test EngineerBangalore | OnsiteTimings: 1 pm to 10 pm ISTDuration: 6-month C2HiO Associates is looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer/ Sr Test Engineer you will be responsible for ensuring quality of our software products by guiding Test Engineers as well as hands on developing and executing test plans, creating automated test scripts, identifying defects, and working closely with the developers to ensure timely resolution of issuesKey Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor test engineers, ensuring testing best practices - Design, execute, and automate test plans (BDD/Gherkin) - Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing - Collaborate with developers, BAs, and Product Owners for seamless delivery - Continuously improve testing standards, tools, and processesRequirements:- 5+ years in software testing, 2+ years leading teams - Hands-on with SpecFlow, SpecSync, Selenium, Appium, LambdaTest, K6 - Strong programming in C# or Java. - Experience BDD and defining test scenarios in Gherkin - Experience with Azure DevOps for test management and defect tracking - Agile mindset, problem-solver, and excellent communicatorThis is the position for you if you want to work for a company that values its employees' health and well-being and invests in developing and rewarding talent.If you are interested in learning more about the opportunity, apply below
