Role Overview:

The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams. This individual will translate client requirements into actionable tasks, delegate work efficiently, and ensure all deliverables are completed on time and to the highest standards. Additionally, the Account Manager will maintain detailed records of ongoing projects, develop structured reporting formats, and provide regular updates to clients and management. 


Key Responsibilities:


1. Client Coordination: 

  - Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong and lasting relationships. 

  - Clearly understand client requirements, objectives, and feedback to communicate them effectively to internal teams. 


2. Project Management: 

  - Break down client requirements into actionable tasks and delegate them to the appropriate team members. 

  - Monitor project progress to ensure deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained. 

  - Address any issues or bottlenecks promptly to avoid delays. 


3. Documentation & Reporting: 

  - Maintain comprehensive records of work done for each client, including project timelines, deliverables, and outcomes. 

  - Develop and maintain standardized reporting formats to provide clients and internal teams with clear progress updates. 

  - Ensure all reports are accurate, professional, and delivered on schedule. 


4. Collaboration & Communication:

  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, marketers, and other stakeholders, to deliver exceptional results. 

  - Provide regular updates to clients on project status and ensure their satisfaction at each milestone. 

  - Seek feedback and incorporate it into the workflow to improve client satisfaction. 


5. Performance Tracking:

  - Analyze and track key performance metrics for client projects. 

  - Proactively suggest improvements to processes or strategies based on project outcomes and feedback. 



Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Client Satisfaction: Positive feedback and retention rate of assigned clients. 

Timeliness: Percentage of projects delivered on or before deadlines. 

Accuracy: Minimal revisions or errors in deliverables due to miscommunication or unclear requirements. 

Reporting Quality: Completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of client reports. 

Team Collaboration: Smooth delegation and coordination across internal teams. 


Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 

- 1-3 years of experience in account management, project management, or a related role. 

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail. 

- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp etc) and reporting software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
