Role Overview:
  • The Content Writer will focus exclusively on creating blog content for the company website. This includes conducting thorough research on industry-related topics, writing engaging articles, and ensuring all content aligns with the company’s tone, branding, and SEO strategy.


Key Responsibilities:

Blog Writing:

  • Write informative, engaging, and SEO-optimized blogs on a variety of topics relevant to the company’s industry.
  • Ensure all blog posts are well-structured, grammatically correct, and adhere to the company’s style guidelines.

Research:

  • Conduct in-depth research on topics using credible sources to ensure accuracy and authority in content.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and topics to craft timely and relevant blogs.

SEO Optimization:

  • Integrate target keywords naturally into blogs to improve search engine rankings.
  • Write compelling meta descriptions, titles, and headings to enhance blog discoverability.

Performance Analysis:

  • Collaborate with the SEO team to analyze blog performance metrics such as traffic, engagement, and rankings.
  • Use insights to improve future content strategies and outputs.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Content Quality: Consistently deliver blogs free from errors and aligned with the company’s tone and goals.
  • Content Output: Maintain a steady flow of high-quality blog posts as per the content calendar.
  • Engagement Metrics: Increase in blog views, time-on-page, and audience engagement.
  • SEO Impact: Improved keyword rankings and organic traffic driven by published blogs.



Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in writing blogs or website content.
  • Excellent command of written English with strong grammar and editing skills.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and tools such as SEMrush, Yoast, or Google Search Console.
  • Ability to conduct thorough research and simplify complex topics into reader-friendly content.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines consistently.
