Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Software Support Specialist to join our team in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing them with top-notch technical support and ensuring their software experiences are smooth and efficient. If you have a passion for technology and a commitment to customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
  • Collaborate with the development team to escalate complex issues and contribute to solutions.
  • Document support interactions and maintain accurate records in our ticketing system.
  • Assist in user training and onboarding to enhance client understanding of our software.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support.
  • CRM Hands on experience is a must

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in software support or technical support roles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with software applications and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
