Technical Support Engineer

Experience: 3-7 Years


  • Seeking a dedicated Technical Support Engineer with 2 to 7 years of experience, open to rotating shifts including mornings, afternoons, and nights on a fortnightly basis.
  • Proficient in English communication, capable of comprehending and resolving client issues from diverse regions.
  • Skilled in multitasking, capable of addressing multiple issues either as part of a team or independently.
  • Profound knowledge of support and communication etiquette in day-to-day client interactions as an application analyst.
  • Exceptional command over English to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable client emails.
  • Responsible for promptly responding to client emails regarding reported issues and queries.
  • Collaborating with clients for ongoing issues and product training, as well as coordinating internally with the development team.
  • Facilitating communication and coordination with teams in the US and UK to address client issues.
  • Conducting online WebEx meetings with clients to troubleshoot issues.
  • Preparing client environments locally, including VM setups with similar configurations, and testing/replicating reported issues and scenarios.
  • Testing patches and hot fixes in a local environment.
  • Engaging in in-house support tasks, such as database updates and preparing weekly reports.
