Job Title: Receptionist & Administrative Assistant Description: We’re looking for an organised, dependable, and friendly Receptionist & Administrative Assistant to be the welcoming face of our law firm. This role combines reception duties with a variety of administrative and office management tasks. You’ll help keep our office running smoothly, support our team, and make sure our clients always feel comfortable and well cared for. Front Desk & Client Care Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle general inquiries. Keep the reception and meeting areas tidy and inviting. Arrange tea, coffee, and refreshments for client meetings and office gatherings. Maintain and update records of deliveries and dispatches in the office database. Office Upkeep & Maintenance Monitor and replenish office supplies and pantry provisions. Supervise cleaning staff and ensure the office is well-kept and functional. Help organise small staff events and celebrations. Help with scheduling, follow-ups, and day-to-day coordination. Friendly, courteous, and dependable — someone who enjoys helping people. Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Comfortable using basic computer applications (MS Office, email, data entry). A professional diploma or vocational course in office administration, secretarial practice, or a similar field is ideal. Previous experience in an office or reception role is preferred.
