Qualifications:
CA, CPA, or MBA in Finance.
Minimum of 12 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the automotive industry.
Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and ERP software (such as SAP or Oracle).
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance in India.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage cross-functional collaboration and lead a team.
