About Ad Tech Today: Ad Tech Today is a rapidly growing startup focused on delivering the latest media news across India and globally. Our platform features insightful interviews, podcasts, events, and industry stories, with a strong emphasis on digital media. As we expand, we’re looking for a dedicated Sales Executive who’s eager to grow and develop within the sales space. Job Description We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with 3-4 years of experience in selling Print, Digital and event sponsorship. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the media landscape, proven success in ad/sponsorship sales, and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients in various industries. This role requires a proactive, persuasive, and goal-oriented individual who can meet or exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities to sell print ad space, Digital Ad sales and Event Sponsorships. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their advertising needs and providing tailored solutions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies. Conduct outreach through cold calls, email campaigns, and face-to-face meetings with potential clients. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and advertising terms with clients, ensuring both client satisfaction and company profitability. Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to inform strategy and improve service offerings. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure ad placements meet client specifications and are delivered on time. What We’re Looking For: 3-4 years of experience in sales, ideally within media or digital spaces. Existing network in industries that invest in print advertising/event sponsorships (e.g., retail, real estate, automotive, hospitality, Tech Enablers).
