Job Description -

 

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Manager - Human Resources to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of HR best practices.

 

Key Responsibilities:


●     Recruitment and Onboarding : Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.

●     Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication.

●     Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems, including setting performance standards, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback.

●     Training and Development: Identify training needs and organize training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.

●     Policy Development: Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

●     Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable remuneration practices.

●     HR Strategy: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.

●     Compliance: Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations, maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.

●     Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.

●     HR Metrics: Track and analyse HR metrics to identify trends, inform decision-making, and improve HR processes.

●     Health and Safety: Oversee health and safety programs, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.

Qualifications:


●     Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management.

●     Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

●     Strong leadership and team management abilities.

●     Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

●     In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and labour laws.

●     Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

●     Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite and HRMS
