Key responsibilities
HR Operations and Administration (Rewards):
Assist with last mile execution of all Rewards and Benefits programs including incentives.
HR Systems Management & Strategic Projects/Initiatives :
Update and manage HRMS data to ensure it suits the needs of the organization.
Study data and analyze trends to support decision-making on projects/initiatives across Rewards, Organization Structures and other strategic initiatives.
Employee Support:
Respond to employee inquiries related to Rewards, HR policies, benefits, and processes in a timely manner.
Process Improvement:
Identify inefficiencies in Rewards processes and recommend solutions to enhance productivity and employee/stakeholder experience.
Assist in implementing new HR tools and technologies.
Who are we looking for?
Candidates should be working in an MNC only
Education:
Masters degree in human resources or Finance
Experience:
2 to 3 years of work experience in related HR Operations role.
Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP Success Factors, or similar).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Power BI/ Other data tools.
Skills:
Functional capabilities
Strong fundamental understanding of key HR processes with ability to think through aspects of execution and process improvement for successful implementing all initiatives and BAU pieces.
Good understanding of basics of rewards and benefits structure and practices in the market.
Other Capabilities
Strong Execution orientation: Ability to independently drive their project areas while solving for ambiguity (if any) and suggesting process improvements to enhance team's delivery.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Candidates should have major experience into Payroll only.
