The position will be based at our Mumbai Head Office.

Our Nutritional Premix products include Micro Nutrient Premix, Malnutrition Products, Fortified Rice Kernel(FRK), Animal Nutrition and Flour Enzymes, etc.

KRA

  • Market Research in finished formulations.
  • Lead Generation - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
  • Sales Strategy in focused countries LATAM, AFRICA, ASIA, EUROPE, CIS.

Job role:

  • Product Comparison with local competitor product in the country
  • Country Specific Product Presentation
  • Selection of Products and finalisation of MOQ, Price and Annual volumes.
  • Agreement Signing
  • Requirements for Product Registration to be arranged
  • Alignment with Regulatory Team for compilation of dossiers and arrangement of samples
  • Coordination with Production Team and Quality team to ensure timely readiness of goods
  • Coordination with Logistics team for ensuring earliest shipment of goods
  • Responsible for payment collection from the appointed distributor
  • Generation of Repeat Orders
  • Get stock and sales statement on monthly basis from the appointed distributor
  • Product training for distributor’s team
  • Planning and executing Promotion activities to be conducted through webinar
  • Fortnightly connect with appointed distributors to discuss how to increase business
  • Handling Instagram and Linkedin page of different regions. Ensuring regular posting to engage members and addition of new members on the page.
  • Preparation and circulation of product literatures to all distributors.

The Successful Applicant

  • B.Pharma/B.sc & B.Tech (Food Tech.) graduation is a must.
  • MBA Marketing / International Marketing preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of International Sales experience.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills.
  • Candidate knowing Spanish language will be an added advantage.
  • Should have experience either in the Nutraceuticals / Pharmaceuticals business.

This role requires frequent travel.
