We’re hiring a Chief Sales Officer to lead global sales and GTM for Skills Capital — one of the fastest-growing platforms for on-demand enterprise tech talent. You will define and drive the global sales strategy, build the sales engine, and close high-value accounts across the U. S., U. K., Europe, and the Middle East. Experience is no bar. Whether you’ve closed enterprise deals or built sales playbooks from scratch, we’re looking for people who are obsessed with outcomes, comfortable with ambiguity, and ready to take full ownership. What You’ll Own Define and lead the global GTM and sales strategy Build and scale a lean, high-impact sales org (in-house + affiliate) Personally lead enterprise conversations and close strategic accounts Align closely with product, sourcing, and delivery to ensure client success Create repeatable systems and playbooks for pipeline, conversion, and upsell ✅ Who Should Apply You've either closed, built, or are ready to — and want to do it as a founder You’re comfortable selling tech-enabled talent solutions, not just products You thrive in ambiguity and take full ownership of outcomes You’re excited to work closely with founders and shape the GTM function from scratch You could be just starting your career — what matters is your drive, thinking, and bias for action Bonus: background in IT staffing, consulting, or B2 B Saa S/platforms is a plus You want to build, grow, and stay — not just execute ???? Compensation This is a CXO role, with minimal base salary to begin with, reflecting our early-stage but fast-scaling position. You’ll receive equity tied to your contribution and long-term success of the business. Compensation will grow meaningfully based on: a) Performance and revenue outcomes b) Overall business growth c) Milestones linked to revenue, expansion, and strategic wins Top performers can expect excellent overall compensation (anywhere from INR 5 L to INR 20 L per month) through our performance-based incentive structure — directly linked to the business you help generate.
