To drive the creative and strategic vision of Non-Fiction programming by achieving AGP and slot share targets, developing innovative show formats, and building scalable IPs that strengthen the network's market leadership. The role is accountable for conceptualising and executing impactful non-fiction shows and events that align with the channel philosophy, resonate with evolving audience trends, and enhance brand equity, while fostering a robust ecosystem of cross-market creative talent and collaborators.
Contribute to the AGP for non-fiction with selection of shows/projects to be developed basis business strategy and market analysis.
Formulate strategies serving the omni-purpose – developing IPs that can travel screens & markets with each identity
Knowing trends in the markets and identifying new narratives, spaces, redefining what India watches, identifying potential projects
Oversee events and tentpole properties, ensuring they elevate the network's brand while engaging audiences in creative ways.
Enabling a Creators Ecosystem and Identifying Cross Market Talents
Enabling the team to create a hub of creators including writers, directors, technicians, DOPs etc which can be cross utilised across markets.
Building alongside Tech to work on the Talent Cell as a Hub location for creators.
