We are seeking a seasoned Chief Creative Strategist to lead our content development efforts and drive platform growth through impactful storytelling.

This role is responsible for shaping our creative vision by curating compelling content, building a strong brand identity, and launching innovative initiatives across languages and formats.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Curate and develop high-quality content that resonates with diverse audiences
  • Collaborate with language teams to co-create the image of our platform, across all languages
  • Build and maintain a strong brand identity, driving mass-appeal tentpoles, niche narratives, and micro dramas
  • Nurture creative talent and strengthen the writer's ecosystem
  • Strategize for AGP targets and drive new initiatives across various wings of animation, global Indians diaspora, and mega tentpoles
Requirements:
  • Post–Graduate in Communications or related field
  • Proven experience in TV/Film content creation, television channels, and OTT platforms
  • Strong understanding of content development, production, and distribution
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
