Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Creative Head located in Mumbai. The Creative Head will be responsible for leading the creative team, directing creative projects from concept to completion, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. The day-to-day tasks will include developing creative strategies, overseeing graphic design work, coordinating with other departments, and managing team performance.

Qualifications

  • Creative Direction, Creative Strategy, and Branding skills
  • Proficiency in Graphic Design
  • Strong Team Management and Leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the advertising or creative industry is a plus
