Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing Responsibilities:

● Sourcing Expertise: Utilize various sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, social

media, networking, etc.) to find and engage top technical talent for niche roles such as

Distributed Systems, Data Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Software

Engineering, Product Management, Firmware Development, and Cloud Technology.

● Candidate Pipeline: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for

current and future hiring needs in the product development domain.

● Market Research: Stay ahead of trends in the technology space, particularly within

software product companies, to target passive candidates with in-demand skills.

● Engagement: Craft personalized outreach messages to attract passive candidates,

ensuring high response rates.

● Screening: Conduct initial screens to assess candidates’ technical skills, cultural fit, and

alignment with company values.

● Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and the HR team to

understand the requirements of the roles and tailor your sourcing strategy accordingly.

Recruiter Responsibilities:

● End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from candidate

sourcing and screening to interviewing, feedback, and offer negotiation.

● Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct technical and behavioral interviews,

collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient interview process.

● Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with hiring managers to gather detailed role

requirements, set hiring timelines, and provide regular updates on sourcing and

recruitment progress.

● Offer Management: Manage the offer process, including extending offers, negotiating

salary and benefits, and closing candidates.

● Data-Driven Recruitment: Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill,

quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction, to optimize recruiting efforts and improve

processes.

● Candidate Experience: Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the

recruitment process, ensuring timely communication, transparency, and professionalism.

Requirements:

● Experience: 3+ years of experience in sourcing and recruiting, preferably within the

software product or tech industry. Experience in hiring for niche technical roles is a

strong plus.

● Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science or equivalent.

● Tools: Proficiency with ATS systems and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Github,

Stack Overflow, and other technical communities.

● Skills: Strong understanding of technical job titles, tools, and skills, such as Distributed

Systems, Cloud Technologies, Infrastructure Engineering, and other niche tech areas.

● Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to

engage and manage candidates effectively.

● Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze sourcing and recruitment data to optimize your

approach based on market conditions and hiring trends.
