Qualifications Familiarity with Human Resources (HR) practices and HR Management Experience in using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Skills in Benefits Administration and understanding of employee welfare programs Proficiency in assisting with and coordinating Training programs Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field Previous HR experience or internships would be advantageous
