Human Resources Associate

Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Associate to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in HR processes and must have prior experience using Keka HRMS for core HR functions such as onboarding, payroll, attendance, and performance management. Key Responsibilities: - Manage employee lifecycle processes (onboarding to exit) - Maintain and update employee records using Keka HRMS - Handle payroll processing and coordinate with finance for disbursements - Track and manage attendance, leaves, and shift schedules - Assist in recruitment coordination and onboarding activities - Support HR operations and compliance documentation - Generate reports and analytics from Keka for management reviews - Address employee queries related to HR policies, compensation, and benefits - Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - 1–2 years of experience in HR operations roles - Mandatory experience with Keka HRMS - Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Strong communication and organizational skills - High level of confidentiality and professionalism Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and skills
