Role Overview:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Associate to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in HR processes and must have prior experience using Keka HRMS for core HR functions such as onboarding, payroll, attendance, and performance management.Key Responsibilities:- Manage employee lifecycle processes (onboarding to exit)- Maintain and update employee records using Keka HRMS- Handle payroll processing and coordinate with finance for disbursements- Track and manage attendance, leaves, and shift schedules- Assist in recruitment coordination and onboarding activities- Support HR operations and compliance documentation- Generate reports and analytics from Keka for management reviews- Address employee queries related to HR policies, compensation, and benefits- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and eventsRequired Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field- 1–2 years of experience in HR operations roles- Mandatory experience with Keka HRMS- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)- Strong communication and organizational skills- High level of confidentiality and professionalismSalary: Negotiable, based on experience and skills
