Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhubaneswar for a Human Resources Business Partner. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business goals, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. Additional responsibilities include overseeing performance management processes, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting organizational growth through strategic HR initiatives. QualificationsExperience in Human Resources (HR) and developing HR PoliciesStrong knowledge of Employee Relations and Labor and Employment LawProficiency in Performance Management processesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrategic thinking and problem-solving abilitiesBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldPrevious experience in the construction or manufacturing sector is a plus
