Role Overview We’re looking for an experienced Showroom Manager to lead our flagship showroom in Kochi . You’ll manage day-to-day operations, lead a passionate sales team, and ensure every visitor experiences the essence of Stories — premium design, personalized service, and seamless execution. Key Responsibilities Lead the showroom’s daily operations and ensure a consistently high brand experience. Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly targets. Deliver top-tier customer experience from consultation to post-purchase. Oversee showroom merchandising, visual display, and brand presentation. Coordinate with designers and head office for inventory, campaigns, and promotions. Track performance metrics, generate reports, and optimize sales strategies. What We’re Looking For 3–8 years of retail management or premium furniture/interior sales experience. Proven ability to manage teams and meet sales goals. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset. Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
