**Show room Executive (Female)**

**Location**: Electrical and Lights Display Showroom, Edappally

**Salary **= Salary 18000 to 20000 + (Salary+ Food and Stay) +incentives

**Working Hours**: 9:30 am to 7:30 pm. (Weekly Off
- 1)

**Qualification**: Any Degree/ MBA

**Experience**:1 OR 2 YEARS RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

**Profile**: Achieve Sales target, Generate Leads from showroom visits, Follow up prospective consultants/Clients, rates and quotations.
- Client reception, visits, and advice: Meet and greet clients in the showroom, understand their needs, make presentations and advise them on products and solutions suiting their needs.
- Client Quotations and order booking: Prepare the quotations according to the clients’ needs and specifications, send them to the clients and negotiate and follow-up with them till closing the deal.
- Invoicing and Delivery: Conduct and handle payments from clients, follow up with relevant department to ensure delivery to the clients in line with the specifications and timeline established.
- Client Relationship Management: Build close and good relations with potential and existing clients, and do a proper follow up. Be the contact person for the client
- Client database update: Provide the appropriate information to update client database.
- Payment terms, policies and procedures: Follow strictly the terms and conditions of sales in line with the company’s policy frame and procedures; make recommendations about procedural/policy changes and improvements.
- Administration services and reporting: Ensure all documentation related to the clients is recorded and filed correctly; Prepare regular reports to be discussed with the management, and participate to internal sales and management meetings
- Studying the features of all products on offer.
- Arranging displays stock ,banners ,visual display in a manner that is both visually appealing and allows ease of movement.
- Ensuring that display models are set up and in outstanding condition.
- Supervising the use of test models to prevent damage.
- Negotiating prices and payment plans, and then closing sales.
- Advising Purchasers on items which ought to be restocked

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
