Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Showroom Manager in Kozhikode. The Showroom Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day showroom operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer service, enhancing customer experience, driving sales, and maintaining the showroom's appearance. The manager will also coordinate with the team to achieve sales targets and provide an exceptional client experience. Qualifications - Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Customer Experience skills - Sales and Showroom management skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to achieve sales targets - Experience in retail or furniture sales is a plus - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
