Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Showroom Manager in Kozhikode. The Showroom Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day showroom operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer service, enhancing customer experience, driving sales, and maintaining the showroom's appearance. The manager will also coordinate with the team to achieve sales targets and provide an exceptional client experience. Qualifications Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Customer Experience skillsSales and Showroom management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to achieve sales targetsExperience in retail or furniture sales is a plusAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
