Kiddopia are looking for a CRM Lead / Manager to drive user engagement, retention, and growth through data-driven CRM strategies.Responsibilities:Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to engage users.Set up and optimize in-app events for improved CRM workflows.Manage and analyze campaigns with A/B testing to boost performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor campaigns for the US market.Utilize CRM tools to track performance, optimize user journeys, and ensure campaign effectiveness.Requirements:5–8 years of experience in CRM / lifecycle marketing.Strong expertise in email marketing & campaign management.Proficiency in CRM tools (Hub Spot, Braze, Mo Engage, or similar).Prior experience with US market audience.Data-driven mindset with proven track record of managing and scaling CRM programs.
