Kiddopia are looking for a CRM Lead / Manager to drive user engagement, retention, and growth through data-driven CRM strategies.Responsibilities:- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to engage users.- Set up and optimize in-app events for improved CRM workflows.- Manage and analyze campaigns with A/B testing to boost performance.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor campaigns for the US market.- Utilize CRM tools to track performance, optimize user journeys, and ensure campaign effectiveness.Requirements:- 5–8 years of experience in CRM / lifecycle marketing.- Strong expertise in email marketing & campaign management.- Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Braze, MoEngage, or similar).- Prior experience with US market audience.- Data-driven mindset with proven track record of managing and scaling CRM programs.
