As the B2 B Marketing Manager at Workstore Pvt Limited, you will drive lead generation and brand growth across our key verticals: Dyson hand dryers, cleaning equipment, lighting, office supplies, and gifting solutions. You will own and execute multi-channel campaigns, leveraging platforms like Meta, Google, and Linked In to attract high-quality B2 B leads. Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies tailored for B2 B audiences. # Manage and optimize campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and Linked In, ensuring maximum ROI. # Collaborate with the sales team to align lead generation efforts and nurture prospects through the funnel. # Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to streamline lead management and reporting. # Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement. 5+ years of B2 B marketing experience, with a strong focus on lead generation. ~ Proven expertise in Meta, Google Ads, Linked In campaign management. ~ Experience with marketing automation tools and CRMs (e.g., Salesforce). ~ Strong analytical skills with a track record of data-driven decision-making. ~ Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
