Position: Tele Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated Tele Sales Representative to join our team and drive the expansion of our new social media services.



Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and Qualify Leads: Identify potential clients through provided data lists and qualify leads based on their social media marketing needs.
  • Conduct Outreach: Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and explain our new social media services.
  • Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our social media services and stay updated on industry trends to effectively communicate benefits and features to clients.
  • Follow-Up: Diligently follow up on leads and schedule appointments for further discussions with our sales team.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Feedback: Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to improve service offerings and sales strategies.


Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in tele sales or a similar sales role, preferably in the digital marketing or related industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong persuasion skills and a customer-focused approach to sales.
  • Self-Motivated: Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
