Executive Assistant to Director (Construction & Site) Minu Enhance Developers is a fast-growing real estate and infrastructure company under the Minu Group, known for disciplined execution, strong project delivery, and high construction standards. We are expanding our project operations and need a capable, organized professional to assist the Director in managing day-to-day construction and site activities. This is a full-time role supporting the Director directly. You will coordinate site activities, track project progress, manage the Director’s schedule, handle communication, and ensure daily follow-ups are done without fail. Expect a mix of office work and site visits — this is for someone who wants real responsibility, not a routine desk job. Assist the Director in daily site supervision and project coordination. Manage the Director’s calendar, meeting schedules, travel plans, and reminders. Attend calls, handle communication with contractors, vendors, and consultants. Support vendor coordination, rate comparisons, PO follow-ups, and material planning. Prepare concise project status updates and Excel trackers. Participate in on-site quality checks, compliance updates, and special project tasks. B.Tech (Civil) / Diploma (Civil) / BBA / B.Com / Fresh graduates with strong interest in construction. Clear communication in Hindi & English . Good knowledge of MS Office; Google Sheets/AutoCAD is a plus. Professional attitude and ability to manage responsibility with minimal supervision. Based in or willing to relocate to Ranchi; Full-time salaried role with responsibility from the start. Direct exposure to real construction and site execution.
