We are expanding our project operations and need a capable, organized professional to assist the Director in managing day-to-day construction and site activities.About the RoleThis is a full-time role supporting the Director directly. You will coordinate site activities, track project progress, manage the Director’s schedule, handle communication, and ensure daily follow-ups are done without fail. Expect a mix of office work and site visits — this is for someone who wants real responsibility, not a routine desk job.Key Responsibilities- Assist the Director in daily site supervision and project coordination.- Visit sites regularly, track work progress, labor availability, and material movement.- Prepare DPRs, measurement sheets, and basic BOQ verification.- Manage the Director’s calendar, meeting schedules, travel plans, and reminders.- Attend calls, handle communication with contractors, vendors, and consultants.- Maintain organised documentation — drawings, challans, permits, invoices, contracts.- Follow up with site teams, vendors, and internal departments to close pending tasks.- Support vendor coordination, rate comparisons, PO follow-ups, and material planning.- Prepare concise project status updates and Excel trackers.- Flag bottlenecks or delays to the Director with clear summaries.- Participate in on-site quality checks, compliance updates, and special project tasks.Candidate Profile- B.Tech (Civil) / Diploma (Civil) / BBA / B.Com / Fresh graduates with strong interest in construction.- Basic understanding of site work, materials, and drawings preferred.- Strong organisation, discipline, follow-up capability, and attention to detail.- Clear communication in Hindi & English.- Good knowledge of MS Office; Google Sheets/AutoCAD is a plus.- Professional attitude and ability to manage responsibility with minimal supervision.- Based in or willing to relocate to Ranchi; comfortable with regular site visits.What You’ll Gain- Full-time salaried role with responsibility from the start.- Direct exposure to real construction and site execution.- Close working relationship with senior leadership, giving you a fast learning curve.- Strong career growth path with performance-linked promotions.- Skill development in planning, vendor management, documentation, and project control.- Long-term stability and opportunities within the Minu Group.How to ApplySend your CV to Subject: Executive Assistant to Director – Construction & Site (Ranchi)
