With a vision to revolutionize legal education, NLTI combines expert guidance, innovative learning tools, and real-world mentorship to create a structured and effective study ecosystem.Role OverviewWe are looking for a results-driven Advertising Campaign Manager with deep expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to drive high-impact campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a data-oriented performance marketer who can blend creativity with analytics to generate leads, optimize conversions, and maximize ROI.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management & ExecutionPlan, launch, and manage campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) – including reels, stories, feed ads, and audience networks.Strategize campaigns tailored for lead generation, engagement, and conversions .2. Optimization & A/B TestingRun A/B and multivariate tests on creatives, audiences, placements, and ad formats.Continuously refine targeting, bidding, and creative strategy to improve results.3. Analytics & Performance TrackingMonitor and optimize KPIs: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate, and Lead Quality.Use advanced analytics to understand customer journeys and improve attribution .Create weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.4. Cross-Platform ExpertiseManage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube) as supporting channels.Coordinate multi-channel campaigns for holistic marketing impact.5. Collaboration & StrategyWork closely with creative, design, and marketing teams to produce high-performing ad assets.Research competitors, market trends, and audience behavior to inform ad strategy.Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads policies, algorithm shifts, and best practices .QualificationsProven hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram campaigns) .Strong knowledge of performance marketing metrics, analytics, and reporting .Expertise in lead generation campaigns with measurable results.Solid experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.Familiarity with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) is a strong plus.Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, Ads Reporting Dashboards .Excellent analytical thinking, market research, and problem-solving skills.Strong collaboration skills to work across creative and strategy teams.Salary: 25K-35K per monthWork Mode: Work From Office
