Job Title: SaaS Product Manager (Vertical SaaS / AI) Company: RunLoyal Location: Coimbatore Summary RunLoyal, a rapidly growing vertical SaaS company based in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager / Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end product lifecycle—from strategy and roadmap planning to execution and launch. The ideal candidate has a blend of business acumen, entrepreneurial mindset, strong analytical knowledge, sharp common sense , technical proficiency, and excellent articulation skills. You should thrive on validating business requirements, prioritizing initiatives, and introducing new product dimensions that create meaningful impact for customers. With expertise in product frameworks such as Scrum, OKRs, MoSCoW, KANO, and RICE , you will ensure that every product decision is both data-driven and customer-centric . Responsibilities Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management: roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, Agile execution, and cross-functional collaboration Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to define requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives and customer needs. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and validate assumptions. Define, refine, and prioritize product features using customer feedback, data insights, and business strategy. Develop detailed product specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensure clarity of requirements. Work closely with engineering to guarantee quality, timely delivery, and alignment with roadmap goals. Drive product launches in collaboration with marketing, sales, and customer support. Act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring seamless translation of business requirements into solutions. Introduce new product ideas and dimensions to enhance the platform’s value proposition. Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and evolving customer expectations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred). 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, or in a similar role within software development. Strong analytical knowledge and sharp common sense, with the ability to cut through complexity and make practical, data-backed decisions. Excellent articulation, communication, and attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to validate business requirements and prioritize effectively. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello). Solid understanding of SDLC and product management best practices. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to bring creative product ideas and perspectives. Certifications in Product Management (Pragmatic Institute, CSPO, etc.) are a plus.
