Job Title: Wedding Conceptualizer Department: Creative / EventsLocation: BangaloreReporting To: DirectorPosition Overview: The Wedding Conceptualizer is responsible for bringing wedding dreams to life through innovative ideas, detailed planning, and a deep understanding of design, trends, and emotions. This role requires someone with a creative mind, a strong aesthetic sense, and the ability to conceptualize unique wedding experiences that reflect the couple’s personality and vision.Key Responsibilities: Develop unique wedding themes, concepts, and design directions tailored to each client’s preferences and story.Collaborate closely with the Sales, Production, and Design teams to translate ideas into detailed execution plans.Create mood boards, concept presentations, and design mockups for client pitches.Stay updated on the latest wedding trends, décor styles, and cultural aesthetics to ensure fresh, market-relevant ideas.Work directly with clients to understand their vision, emotions, and expectations , and translate them into creative concepts.Coordinate with vendors (decor, lighting, florals, entertainment, etc.) to bring concepts to life seamlessly.Assist in budget planning by offering creative yet cost-effective solutions.Maintain strong brand consistency and ensure every project reflects the company’s creative excellence.Participate in on-site event setups to ensure design accuracy and creative alignment.Manage timelines and deliverables for concept development and client approvals.Key Skills & Competencies: Strong creative and visual thinking ability.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Proficiency in tools like PowerPoint, Canva, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW (for visual concept creation).Deep understanding of color palettes, themes, décor elements, and event flow.Exceptional attention to detail and aesthetic sense.Ability to handle multiple projects under tight timelines.Team player with a collaborative mindset.Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Design, Communication, or Hospitality.2–5 years of experience in wedding design, concept creation, or event planning.Experience in luxury or large-scale wedding setups will be an added advantage.Personality Traits: Creative, passionate, and imaginative.Emotionally intelligent and client-centric.Organized and proactive.Loves everything about weddings, stories, and beautiful details
