**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design & Conceptualization**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their wedding vision and preferences, translating them into innovative decoration concepts.
- Prepare mood boards, presentations, and detailed design concepts based on client briefs.
- Develop 2D/3D visual representations of wedding decor layouts using AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and Photoshop.
- Ensure designs align with client expectations, budget constraints, and event logistics.
- **Technical Drafting**:

- Create accurate and detailed floor plans, elevation views, and layout drawings using AutoCAD for decoration and setup planning.
- Use 3ds Max to produce 3D renderings to showcase the design concept to clients.
- Prepare and refine digital mock-ups and designs, ensuring a clear visual representation of the final setup.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Present designs, mood boards, and presentation materials to clients for approval, adjusting designs based on client feedback.
- Provide creative suggestions and solutions to meet client needs, enhancing their wedding experience.
- **Collaboration & Execution**:

- Work closely with the event coordination team, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure the design is executed flawlessly.
- Maintain project timelines and ensure all designs are delivered on schedule.
- Oversee the installation and setup of wedding decorations, ensuring high-quality execution.
- **Creative Research & Development**:

- Stay updated on wedding trends, decoration styles, and design technologies.
- Continuously explore new design ideas, materials, and decoration techniques.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: At least **2 years** of professional experience as a **Wedding Designer** or similar role in event design and decor.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in **AutoCAD**, **3ds Max**, and **Photoshop** is essential.
- Strong creative skills with a keen eye for design, color coordination, and styling.
- Ability to create compelling mood boards and design presentations.
- Excellent understanding of spatial planning and layout design.
- **Education**: A degree or diploma in **Interior Design**, **Event Management**, **Architecture**, or a related field is a plus.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with clients professionally.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate and adapt to client needs.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with additional design software or tools is a plus.
- Experience working on high-end wedding projects or luxury events.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
