We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Wedding Decor Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, visualizing, and designing breathtaking wedding decor that captures each client’s vision and aligns with our brand aesthetics.The ideal candidate should have a background in Interior Design, Set Design, or Visual Arts, with strong graphic design abilities and a deep understanding of wedding design trends. You’ll work closely with the planning, production, and client servicing teams to bring each concept to life — from the first sketch to the final on-site execution.Key Responsibilities:- Conceptualize and design creative wedding decor themes, including overall layouts, installations, floral elements, color palettes, and lighting concepts. - Develop mood boards, sketches, 3D renders, and visual presentations to bring ideas to life for client approval. - Stay up-to-date with the latest wedding and event design trends, ensuring each project feels fresh, elegant, and innovative. - Collaborate with the planning, design, and production teams to ensure that designs are practical, achievable, and aligned with timelines and budgets. - Coordinate with vendors and production partners to source decor elements, materials, and finishes that meet quality standards. - Oversee on-site decor setup, ensuring that the final execution matches the approved concept and maintains high aesthetic standards. - Maintain a design archive and portfolio of past works for reference and brand consistency.Must Have:- Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Set Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field. - Strong knowledge of graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or SketchUp). - Proven understanding of spatial design, color theory, and visual storytelling. - Excellent presentation and communication skills for pitching concepts to clients and internal teams. - Ability to multi-task, manage deadlines, and adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. - Prior experience in wedding design, luxury events, or event production. - Familiarity with 3D visualization tools such as AutoCAD, Rhino, or Canva for mockups. - A strong portfolio demonstrating creative design work in decor or related projects.Why Join Us:At DreamzKrraft, you’ll work with some of the most talented professionals in the luxury wedding space, creating decor that transforms imagination into unforgettable experiences.
