Delhi, India BMP Weddings Full time

We are looking to hire an energetic and detail-oriented wedding planner to assist clients in coordinating and executing successful weddings. You should also be able to create a time-line of all wedding-day activities for each client to ensure that everything remains on schedule.

**Responsibilities**
- Creating designs for event spaces that reflect the theme of the event
- Coordinating to ensure the event’s timeline and details
- Managing the event design process from start to finish, including creating sketches of designs for client approval
- Ensuring that all elements of the event are in place and ready to go on time
- Research and source appropriate decor elements, including furniture, fabric, lighting, and props
- Supervise a team of assistants during the event set-up process to ensure that the decor is installed correctly
- Develop relationships with vendors who can provide event decor at a discounted rate

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven wedding or event planning experience.
- Knowledge of production, sales and creation of layouts for weddings.
- Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and time management skills.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented, methodical, and creative.

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per year
