Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Decor Sales associate, located in New Delhi. The Decor Sales associate will be responsible for communicating with clients, providing excellent customer service, and managing sales activities. Daily tasks include meeting with clients to understand their decor needs, coordinating with the design team, presenting design proposals, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Ability to train and mentor junior staff
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in event or wedding decor is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
