This is a full-time, on-site role. The Senior Designer will lead the design team in conceptualizing and executing wedding décor, creating mood boards, sourcing materials, coordinating with vendors, and assisting with event styling and on-ground execution.QualificationsPrior experience in wedding design / décor industry is a mustStrong creative and visual design senseProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Skills in sketching and creating mood boardsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsHighly detail-oriented and organizedAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projectsBachelor’s degree in Design (Interior, Graphic, or related field preferred)
