Job Title:Wedding ConceptualizerDepartment:Creative / Events Location:Bangalore Reporting To:Director Position Overview:TheWedding Conceptualizeris responsible for bringing wedding dreams to life through innovative ideas, detailed planning, and a deep understanding of design, trends, and emotions. This role requires someone with a creative mind, a strong aesthetic sense, and the ability to conceptualize unique wedding experiences that reflect the couple’s personality and vision. Key Responsibilities:Developunique wedding themes, concepts, and design directionstailored to each client’s preferences and story. Collaborate closely with theSales, Production, and Designteams to translate ideas into detailed execution plans. Createmood boards, concept presentations, and design mockupsfor client pitches. Stay updated on the latestwedding trends, décor styles, and cultural aestheticsto ensure fresh, market-relevant ideas. Work directly with clients tounderstand their vision, emotions, and expectations , and translate them into creative concepts. Coordinate with vendors (decor, lighting, florals, entertainment, etc.) to bring concepts to life seamlessly. Assist inbudget planningby offering creative yet cost-effective solutions. Maintain strong brand consistency and ensure every project reflects the company’s creative excellence. Participate in on-site event setups to ensure design accuracy and creative alignment. Manage timelines and deliverables for concept development and client approvals. Key Skills & Competencies:Strongcreative and visual thinkingability. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in tools likePowerPoint, Canva, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW(for visual concept creation). Deep understanding ofcolor palettes, themes, décor elements, and event flow. Exceptional attention to detail and aesthetic sense. Ability tohandle multiple projectsunder tight timelines. Team player with a collaborative mindset. Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree inEvent Management, Design, Communication, or Hospitality. 2–5 years of experiencein wedding design, concept creation, or event planning. Experience in luxury or large-scale wedding setups will be an added advantage. Personality Traits:Creative, passionate, and imaginative. Emotionally intelligent and client-centric. Organized and proactive. Loves everything about weddings, stories, and beautiful details
