We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical E-commerce Operations professional to join our team.We are looking for experienced professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment to manage and optimize supply chain operations for one or more brands. The ideal candidate is a hands-on hustler with a proven track record of successfully managing supplies through Amazon Vendor Central, Quick Commerce Channels (e.g., Blinkit, Instamart, Dunzo), and other platforms.
We are looking for someone who loves the dynamic world of e-commerce, wakes up every morning excited to manage multiple brands, and is eager to drive business impact through insightful analysis and effective operations management.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Management: Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
Platform Expertise: Effectively manage brand operations on Amazon Vendor Central and Quick Commerce Channels, ensuring seamless supply and delivery.
Vendor Coordination: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring timely product availability and replenishment.
Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in the supply chain and implement solutions to enhance performance and cost-effectiveness.
Category Management: Monitor and optimize product availability, pricing, and inventory levels across assigned categories.
Data Analysis: Analyze sales and supply data to forecast demand and plan stock levels effectively.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align supply chain activities with business goals.
You’re the perfect candidate for this role if you :
You bring 3–7 years of relevant experience in supply chain management, preferably managing supplies for eCommerce brands.
With 3+ years of experience in the Amazon marketplace .
Your proficiency in MS Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and formulas) equips you for data analysis and reporting.
Fluency in English is essential, and your passion for the e-commerce ecosystem fuels your drive for excellence.
You embrace ownership of your work and possess an entrepreneurial mindset that propels you to achieve outstanding results.
