As the Business Finance you’ll play a critical role in shaping our financial strategy and supporting business growth. From analyzing financial data and forecasting to ensuring compliance, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions. You'll be at the forefront of optimizing our financial processes and influencing key business strategies. We’re looking for someone who thrives in the fast-paced e-commerce world, is excited by financial analysis, and can turn insights into action.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic finance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing our financial operations, optimizing inventory, and ensuring efficient workflows that align with organizational goals.
- Purchase Order Management: Approve and oversee purchase orders, ensuring compliance with financial policies and organizational requirements.
- Inventory Planning: Develop and execute inventory planning strategies to maintain optimal stock levels and support business operations.
- Policy Development: Create and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and ensure robust financial controls.
- Stock Audits: Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy, minimize discrepancies, and maintain accountability.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the development, monitoring, and management of budgets and financial forecasts to support decision-making.
- Inventory Analysis: Analyze inventory levels to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Optimization Recommendations: Provide data-driven recommendations for inventory optimization to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Advanced degrees such as MBA or CA are a strong plus.
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in financial roles with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Analytical Expertise: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and precision in financial tasks.
