Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced HR Business Analyst to join our team. As an HR Business Analyst, you will be responsible for driving HR strategy, analytics, and automation. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to other HR functions, including talent acquisition, talent management, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain HR metrics, analytics, and dashboards to inform business decisions
- Design and implement HR automation solutions to streamline processes
- Provide strategic support to the HR team and business leaders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
- Contribute to talent acquisition, talent management, and employee relations initiatives
Requirements:
- MBA in HR or related field
- 4-8 years of experience as an HR Generalist or Business Analyst
- Proven experience in HR analytics, MIS, and dashboards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in FMCG, FMCD, Consumer Durables, Pharma, or manufacturing sector preferred
