Job DescriptionWe are seeking a proactive and results-driven Human Resources & Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, build a strong talent pipeline, and contribute to HR initiatives that foster a positive work culture.
This role will be pivotal in attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent while supporting HR functions that align with our business objectives, such as managing the full recruitment cycle, developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies, and building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across diverse roles such as DevOps, Data Engineering, AI, and Cybersecurity.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn recruiting, job boards, and other networking platforms, to attract high-quality candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by developing relationships with prospective candidates and leveraging market insights.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and craft compelling job descriptions that align with organizational goals.
- Manage candidate communications to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure new hires are set up for success.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies, employee engagement initiatives, and retention programs.
- Track and report on key metrics related to recruitment, onboarding, and employee satisfaction to inform decision-making.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or human resources, preferably in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- Proven experience with end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing technical and non-technical roles.
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams and levels.
- Experience developing and implementing HR policies and initiatives that promote engagement and retention.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of technology roles like DevOps, Data Engineering, and Cloud services is a plus.
