Position Overview:
We are seeking a Google and Facebook Ads Specialist with experience in managing Google Shopping Ads, Facebook Sales Ads, and using Merchant Center to drive performance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working in a digital marketing agency environment, running campaigns for clients across diverse international markets. This role requires strong technical skills, a data-driven approach, and the ability to manage and optimize ad campaigns for maximum ROI.
Please note: We are NOT looking for someone specializing in lead generation. This role is focused specifically on e Commerce sales campaigns, including Google Shopping Ads and Facebook Sales Ads.
Key Responsibilities:
Google Ads:
Manage, optimize, and scale Google Shopping campaigns to drive sales and revenue for clients in international markets.
Set up, manage, and optimize Google Search and Display Ads campaigns.
Work with Google Merchant Center to ensure product feeds are properly configured and optimized for Shopping Ads.
Conduct keyword research and analysis to refine campaign targeting and improve ad performance.
Monitor performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROI, ROAS) and adjust bids and strategies to optimize results.
A/B test ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance.
Facebook Ads:
Manage and optimize Facebook and Instagram Sales Ads campaigns, including dynamic product ads, carousel ads, and retargeting ads.
Use Facebook Business Manager to create, monitor, and report on ad campaigns for clients across various international markets.
Conduct audience segmentation and targeting to ensure ads reach the most relevant audience.
Analyze ad performance data, create reports, and provide actionable insights to improve results.
Implement and monitor Facebook Pixel for conversion tracking and retargeting.
Requirements:
Proven experience managing Google Shopping Ads and Facebook Sales Ads for international markets.
Strong knowledge of Google Merchant Center and experience with product feed optimization.
Experience running ads in various international markets and understanding of localization strategies.
In-depth knowledge of Google Ads , Facebook Ads , and the Facebook Business Manager platform.
Hands-on experience with campaign optimization techniques, including A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bid management.
Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and present insights to clients.
Strong understanding of e Commerce and direct response advertising.
Previous experience working in a digital marketing agency is highly preferred.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
