Having 3-8 years relevant Oracle EBS experience relevant experience as Oracle Technical for R12 EBS with 2 end to end implementations
- Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, Reports Builder is required
- In depth experience and understanding of all Development process and tools
-Thorough knowledge of O2C and P2P support process with complete understanding of underlying data flow and functionality
-Gathering requirements for new enhancement and explaining to technical team
-Preparation of SOP¿s and relevant documentation for support
-Expertise in Quote to Order, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay cycles including full lifecycle implementation experience, configuration, conversions, extensions, and unit testing.
-Contribute to Automation and Value addition
-Adherence to the SLAs to resolve any production issues
-Sound knowledge of Oracle EBS database/table structures, customization/extension methodologies and the integration and impacts between modules.Able to understand Business Requirements, perform fit gap analysis, map them to proposed solutions/enhancements, develop functional specs, participate in functional testing and co-ordinate with cross functional stakeholders for timely delivery of the solutions developed
¿ Continuous professional development to keep the skills up to date ensuring appropriate coverage to meet with customer/engagement long term plan
¿ Should be willing to learn associated tools & technologies (multi-skilling) and contribute towards the services improvements
¿ Should have good experience in creating SOPs, training team members on new technologies
¿ Good Understanding of Latest Industry trends in EBS Projects related business processes and practices
¿ Testing and deployment of custom solutions
¿ Onsite-Offshore communication and work management
¿ Leading Super User training and supporting other training related activities
¿ Coordination with other tracks for delivery of end to end business processes
¿ Supporting Data Conversions for Projects data elements
¿ Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate, drive growth and increase their business profitability
¿ Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends
¿ Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
¿ Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions
¿ One or two industry domain knowledge
¿ Customer Focus and Client Interfacing skills
¿ Project and Team management
¿ Strong communication skills both written and oral
¿ Strong Interpersonal skills
¿ Ability to take ownership of tasks, seek out assistance where required, be proactive
