Oracle EBS HRMS Technical Consultant

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Oracle EBS HRMS Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the technical design, development, and support of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Human Resource Management System (HRMS) modules. This role involves collaborating with functional teams to understand business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Oracle EBS HRMS modules to meet business needs.- Perform technical analysis, design, coding, and testing of Oracle EBS applications.- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle EBS HRMS issues.- Collaborate with functional consultants to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.- Create and maintain technical documentation for Oracle EBS HRMS customizations and configurations.- Ensure compliance with best practices and standards in Oracle EBS development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- Proven experience as an Oracle EBS Technical Consultant, specifically in HRMS modules.- Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Forms/Reports.- Strong understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and HRMS module functionalities.- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.- Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Oracle Workflow, Oracle BI Publisher, and Oracle Application Framework (OAF).- Knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 and Fusion Middleware.
